I have heard many stories of people falling into depression and having anxiety due to their social media presence. I have heard many stories on how people compare themselves on social media and I was once that person too... We need to protect our mental health hence we must talk about this issues...

My special guest and I also talk about being a content creator in Kenya and the struggles our fellow youth face in our society that hasn't fully acknowledged and appreciate content creators the way they deserve...
