  • Renee Brown is a holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach that focuses on helping women and mums to show up as their happiest, most nourished and vibrant selves. She has two kids Georgia and Luca and they are her focus with her business fitting around them.

    • Why is it so important to prioritise nourishing yourself? Can you give a few examples of how you do this in different areas of your life?
    • What are some of your staple recipes that you add in each day to make things easier with planning?
    • Do you find that involving your kids in food prep and shopping improves their willingness to try new foods?
    • Can you give us some ideas for how we can pack in extra nutrients within our day such as greens? I know this is something you’re passionate about!
