She helps those who have felt oppressed in their sexuality, gender or identity expression and helps them live a liberated life through mindfulness and fitness 1-1 and group coaching programs.

Cuyla is the founder of the Queer Leader Community where she offers free Facebook and LinkedIn groups along with a monthly mastermind to help solve our individual and collective challenges.

She is also the founder of the Purpose-Driven Party, the high vibe community for social impact where she brings together humans passionate about social impact eery month on a free party call with a LIVE DJ and facilitates breakout sessions to share resources and network with each other.
