Access to Justice remains one of Uganda's persistent justice issues. Innovations have been touted as one of the ways of addressing some of the access to justice problems in the country. The Hague Institute for Innovations of Law (HiiL) had been pioneering and promoting justice innovations in Uganda and across the world.
