In this episode, i interview Hauwa Abikan, a Nigerian lawyer. She provides much needed clarity on the provisions of the law regarding sexual assault; particularly rape and sexual harassment. This includes provisions of the law that protect the vulnerable. We also discuss innovative penal techniques for punishment of sexual offenders and leveraging I.C.T to enforce them.
