Pastor Gladys Paswani has 10 years of human development experience, particularly in mentoring, training, coaching and counselling to bring behavioral change and help individuals through transitional change, unlocking potential and personal restoration in times of crisis. She is a trained coach with ABCCCP, a visionary of the largest mentorship program in Zambia, and program developer of the “Mentorship In A Box”, a training program which is aimed at introducing the concept of holistic Mentorship within the African context in as far as influencing people’s behavior and is being used by a number of organizations to strengthen teams through effective transfer of skills. Her mentorship portfolio includes high caliber professionals who are leaders in corporate, judicial, and health sectors.
