vital tips and advice on how to tackle their specialist subject in the correct way to maximise your points.
We will be covering a host of different subjects and exam papers in both higher and ordinary level, looking everything from what poets to study, analysing past exam papers and how to get the secret hidden marks on both of your Maths papers.
Leaving Cert prep isn’t just about hours of study and cramming, so to make sure you are in the right state of mind before and during your exams, we will be speaking to Mental Health Professionals, Motivational Speakers and Nutrition Specialists all about ways to minimise the stress and workload in the run up to the big day.

Each Monday and Wednesday, Tara and Crossy have been speaking some of Ireland’s best teachers who’ve been giving us some of their vital tips and tricks that will help you with your exams this June. On today’s podcast, the guys are dedicating the whole show to Maths paper 2, both higher and ordinary level. First off, they will be speaking to Aidan Roantree about the honours exam. Aidan is senior Maths teacher at the Institute, where he has been teaching Maths and Applied Maths for over 30 years. He is also the author of 14 books, including the most recent Effective Maths Books 1 & 2, and knows the honours Maths syllabus as well as anyone else in the country.
Jean Kelly is also back again to cover the ordinary level paper 2. Jean has been teaching Leaving Cert Ordinary Level Maths to students of all abilities at The Institute for over 10 years, and is incredibly effective at getting the most out of her students when it comes to results.
