As leaders develop, we grow through stages of how we view the world. These stages (of what we call vertical development) represent a different continuum than the growth in skill building, education, and career advancement (horizontal growth) that we most often consider when thinking about our adult development.
Patrick recently participated in a certification training on the assessment tool used to measure our vertical development. The training, conducted by today's guests, Bill Pullen and Dr. Aman Gohal of Global Leadership Associates, inspired Patrick to invite the instructors to the show, and here they are!
