In this episode we talk with Sarah Holbrook. Sarah is a 2021 Emerging Leader Scholar

Sarah is currently a team lead with the integrated discharge service at North Bristol NHS Trust, where she manages a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, discharge trackers and administrators who are supporting inpatient areas with complex discharges.

Outside of work Sarah has a variety of interests including music and football, reading and keeping active with both running and dance fitness. Last year Sarah completed a football referee course and is a wannabe trainee referee.
