Hello and welcome to another episode of the Leadership Log where we talk about navigating everyday leadership.
Just about everything in our world is changing. Who envisioned years ago we would all have computers in our pockets with more computing power than NASA used on the moon landing?
Disruption is no longer a bad thing in the workforce. Disruptive leadership is essential in order to transform organisations. So what is it?
In this episode we are chatting to Liam Cahill and exploring disruptive leadership and what that might look like in todays leadership roles.
Liam is a specialist and practitioner in all things disruption, digital revolution and affecting change in the new world of complexity, uncertainty and disruption we find ourselves in. He's built a successful disruptive NHS spin out, worked as an exec and non-exec in healthcare, advised a range of frontline health and social care providers, working with boards, leaders and teams to drive new ways of working, and has done advisory work and mentorship across national bodies such as the armed forces and NHS England, and runs a couple of digital accelerator programmes.
