He’s admitted to the bar in Hong Kong as a solicitor, but previously practiced as a barrister. He is also a barrister and solicitor in Australian and a solicitor in England and Wales. Having handled the entire gamut of contentious IP cases including raiding factories in China (in the early part of his career) to running complex multi-jurisdictional patent litigation relating to standard essential patents and serving as an arbitrator and mediator in high technology cases, he has reached the top of his profession.
