She shares details of her engagement and wedding plans. We speak about weight loss struggles and food addiction. It is a topic most can relate to! We are all trying to live our best life, which consist of being healthy by exercising and clean eating, but let's be honest, it is not an easy and fun process as social media makes it seem. Some people #STRUGGLE! LIKE for Real and VSG was Adhari solution to a toxic relationship with food and we are hear to support her. RIP... to Eva the Diva... she had her run, but it was time for her to go.
