Bek Day is a journalist, producer and mum of two from Sydney's Northern Beaches. She has a hilarious 4 year old boy and a gorgeous 9 week old baby girl, and in our chat today we talk about what life is like giving birth and doing the newborn baby stage in the midst of the Covid-19 lockdown, how decision fatigue is effecting her mental health, and (crucially) whether she'd rather run out of toilet paper or wine.
