Are you ignoring the whispers of your heart?

Are you ignoring the whispers of your heart? In this episode, Dr Khalsa challenges you to deeply reflect and take time to:

(1) invest in rest,

(2) to value rest as the best investment you will ever make,

(3) listen to the whispers of your heart,

(4) radically reimagine this world as operating on the same physiologic principles as the human heart,

(5) investigate three critical lines of inquiry to excavating your major barriers to rest, and

(6) offers pragmatic advice on what to do the next time you are feeling triggered.

The episode highlights the words of two exceptional scholars: Arundhati Roy and Dr Jaiya John.

The original date of this episode's release aligns with Women's History Month and the eve of the United Nations' International Women's Day. To celebrate, Dr Khalsa spotlights the UNICEF 2019 report on paid maternal leave, calling to attention the United States' distinction as dead last amongst the wealthiest nations of the world -offering zero weeks of paid maternal leave mandated by law.
