This episode covers how the 24-hour rule is something we need to move away from completely! Telling your clients to wait 24 hours after their appointment is pretty much improper aftercare. We now have the Science and Technology in our products that will allow your lashes to actually get wet or wash them even right after your appointment. Hey everyone! Here is a great tip to help increase you client retention. After the appointment is finished give you clients the info they need to maintain their lashes. Then when you clients are checked out book them for their next appointment. If they choose not to at that moment "because they need to check their work schedule" follow up with them two days after. Also during this conversation, talk to them about how their lashes are. Ask questions like how do they feel, is this the style they like, so on. If they still are not ready contact them in 2 weeks. If they book great! If they don't contact them in 2 months. I call this the 222 rule. Basically you want to keep your clients in this routine.
