She has traveled to about 25 countries so far starting from the age of 15. She spent time away from home, and she recounts the crazy incidents she experienced during her travels around the world in this episode.
Alena has also been a model and worked with Prasad Bidapa as she flaunts herself in Indian traditional wear.
