How do we listen well to our bodies?  How do we move from crisis to crisis in tune with what is most true about ourselves and the world around us?  Andrea Cammarota joins us this week to help us understand how to do this a bit.  Andrea is a board certified Chaplain, a Pastor, Church planter and most importantly for our conversation today a Spiritual Director.  We’ll talk a bit about her story and the work she has done to claim her primary identity.  Then we’ll discuss the difference between and intersectionality of Pastoring and Spiritual directing and how we can make our whole lives a “pilgrimage”.
