Meaningfully Busy

So…is being “busy” OK or not? For so long, I’ve shunned the idea of busyness, when I have actually enjoyed being busy when it’s about things that are life-giving and purposeful. Who knew?

In this episode, I share a quote from another author that led me to an a-ha moment that deeply impacted me. I couldn't wait to share it with you. I unpack the idea of busyness and share a key practice that has been helping me to enjoy this very full season of life without giving into chaos and frenzy.

We CAN take control of our days and structure them in a way that is life-giving, even when they’re full to the brim! JOIN ME, and let’s figure it out together.
