SKIIM Founder and Creative Director Caroline Sciamma-Massenet began her fashion career in front of the camera. As a model she learnt what women love to wear. 17 years later, as a Stylist with French Vogue and CR Fashion Book, she learnt what women need in their wardrobe. Caroline encourages the SKIIM woman to play with her style, mixing luxury leathers with vintage denims, emerging labels, silk, cotton and wool; to avoid total-looks and build on her own spirit and identity.
SKIIM is a fusion of Parisienne chic and London cool, specialising in leather and suede pret-a-porter that is a complimentary essential in a modern woman’s wardrobe. It aims to make her look and feel beautiful, creating pieces that are thoughtfully designed and timeless, evolving and changing with her.
Collections are style rather than trend-led, and inspired by the attitude of iconic French cinema and actresses from the 60’s and 70’s with more than a nod to the irreverence and sex appeal of the two era’s.
