
Prioritizing one’s mental health above certain other matters in life is important, yet sometimes it is difficult to do so due to various reasons, including lack of study-work-life balance. Is it actually possible to strike such balance in hectic schedules we, as students, have? What resources are useful to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle with priority given to our mental well-being? Why is mental health vital in the first place? All of these questions and more were addressed in our special episode made in collaboration with APU MeWe (Mental Wellness) student organization amid mental health awareness month.
