The thing with growth is this- it’s difficult. Would we want it to be easy? 100%. But, there are times where we make it difficult, due to unrealistic expectations & timelines, or rather, losing ourselves.
Just take a listen. It’s a short rant, but nonetheless, I might be the problem. (This is not a moment of bringing myself down at all; just clarifying).
