As an Indigenous women-owned and led national advisory corporation, Indigevisor is dedicated to supporting Truth and Reconciliation in Turtle Island. They draw on teachings of humility, respect, and wisdom to empower our collective strengths. Their work aims to build capacity, and contribute positively to the next seven generations.

Indigevisor's specialized procurement inclusion strategies help unlock the potential between Indigenous businesses, government, and industries. The team at Indigevisor aims to exercise Indigenous Participation Plans and innovative procurement strategies to meet and exceed the federal 5% base target mandate.

Nadine Bernard is a Mi’kmaq entrepreneur from the We'koqma'q First Nation, currently residing in Sydney with her family. Nadine is the CEO and Founder of Indigevisor Ltd, a consulting firm that provides unparalleled support to organizations looking to develop their Indigenous communication and engagement strategies, and establish Indigenous Benefit plans for infrastructure projects.  

Over the years, Nadine has held various roles in Indigenous NGOs, Municipal and Provincial Governments, specializing in Diversity and Inclusion departments and Anti-Racism initiatives. Her extensive experience has made her an expert in the construction, renewable energy, forestry, and mining sectors.  

Her dedication to community and reconciliation is the basis of her work, and she tirelessly works to build a better understanding of the diverse communities of Turtle Island/Canada. Nadine is currently the co-chair for Tribe Network’s Board, and is a past board member of the NS Advisory Council on the Status of Women, Feed NS, and the NS Police Review Board. Her work has had a profound impact on Indigenous communities and the broader society.
