We've been holding bootcamps within our #teamFFIT FB group and one of the themes was around entrepreneurship!

We spend five days taking a deeper dive into key concepts around running and operating a business.

One of those sessions, we conducted a LIVE COACHING call with our Mod3rn Fitness® intern, Lindsey. We didn't just want to tell you guys how to create one, we wanted to actually SHOW you how we do it with our clients as well. We take a deeper dive into what it takes to create YOUR ideal client avatar.
