Season 6, Episode 9 of The Journey with Kirsty and Simon kicks off a bit heavy—think Simon’s existential crisis meets Kirsty’s caffeine withdrawal, but don’t worry, we lighten the load quick.
Ever wondered what a lamb’s got to do with Easter? Neither did we... Then we plunge into the new Disney Snow White movie—spoiler: Simon’s got big opinions, while Kirsty’s just here for the apples. Speaking of drama, Kirsty’s raving about The Father—she’s ready to nab a starring role in the next stage production, probably as the confused furniture. Summer’s allegedly on its way, or so the flies buzzing round our office reckon—cheeky sods didn’t get the memo about keeping the noise down. Sunday’s UK Mother’s Day, so cue Simon not caring while Kirsty plots a day with the chiddlers and says ‘Cheers for not disowning me.’
Also involved is a heated debate on how to say ‘croissant’—is it ‘cwah-sont’ or ‘cross-aunt’? Answers on a postcard, preferably with a lamb sketch.
Oh, and breaking news: Kirsty’s now brave enough to ride a roller coaster since she’s stopped shitting herself in lifts—progress, folks!
