Challenging the average outcomes in our society. We live in a time when health, wellness, and most subject matter is debatable to say the least. We've been misled and misadvised by a plethora of the most commonly accepted authorities and it's my goal to share the methods, mantras, mottos, hacks, and habits that have actually proven beneficial to the outliers. Those being the happy, healthy, productive, and successful leaders commonly disregarded, overlooked, or even censored by a broken system functioning solely based upon what proceeds can be generated.
