Since then, Amy has gone on to become a Studio Manager on BBC Radio 5 Live, and you'll hear all about her journey to get that job having graduated as an Art student in London (via lots of bar jobs). Amy is living proof that passion and determination are more impressive to recruiters than specific qualifications, and her positive attitude will have you walking away from the episode ready to smash your own personal goals.
