From Folajimi's wealth of knowledge acquired from accessing numerous international grants and scholarships, he talks about how to handle rejection. He also talks about the numerous reasons why you could be rejected. In his words, there are a lot of dynamics to it.

Oluwafolajimi Adesanya is the Chief Administrator of The Panacea Project, a social research organization currently deploying the tools of research and policy development to drive the sustainable development of the African continent.

At 22, he is a Fellow of the Young African Leaders Initiative West African Regional Leadership Centre in Accra, a member of the 2018 Association of Medical Education in Europe (AMEE) Student Task Force in Basel, Switzerland, and is a 2018 Alumnus of the Clinton Global Initiative University. He is a Resolution Project Fellow, a Young Utopian of the Young Utopians e.V in Berlin, and a One Young World Ambassador on the Audi Environmental Foundation Scholarship. He is a One Young World Ambassador and he attended the 2019 Summit in the UK, where he had the opportunity to share his views as a Delegate Speaker on the Planetary Health Plenary answering the question: How is Climate Change endangering our Health. In June of 2019, he was named one of the 1,000 global SDGs talents of the UNLEASH Innovation Lab under the SDG 3: Good Health and Wellbeing Track.

A budding medical researcher, he has published works in the fields of maternal and child health, infectious diseases, and recently genomics and bioinformatics.
