Jerry is joined by Jene Galvin and Megan Hils as they compare their dissimilar lives, convo about events of the day and occasionally welcome a phone guest, some real and others you wonder. Like State Senator Tip Kemper, who recently proposed a literacy bill requiring citizens to read a book a month and submit a written report to the government at the post office. But in the middle of each episode, Jerry shows his serious side with a unique take on a current political or social issue drawing from his years as Cincinnati's mayor and top ranked news anchor. The conclusion of a three part special edition of the Jerry Springer Podcast.

Jene interviews two former Kentucky inmates he met while volunteer teaching at a Kentucky correctional facility. Tom Payne is a 7"2 former NBA basketball player with the Atlanta Hawks. He was the first African-American recruited by the University of Kentucky and hall of fame coach Adolph Rupp. Incarcerated for 33 years he talks about trying to help others avoid the pitfalls and violence he committed against others. Darryll Davis is a former drug dealer who committed murder after a drug deal gone wrong. He spent 22 years in prison and has a similar mission of preventing at-risk youth becoming violent offenders and helping inmates better themselves, feeling redemption, and coming to terms with the effects of their actions. The two talk about their time in prison, their backstories and the work they are doing now.
