People say if you think you can do everything on your own, you’ve already failed. I believe that’s true because being in real estate for so many years, I’ve come to realize that forcing myself to do something I’m not good at won’t get me anywhere.

I’ve learned to leverage the skills and talents of other people so that I can focus on my box while they do theirs! I’m a visionary and my mind doesn’t work the way integrators do. It’s like yin and yang - you need to have one of each if you want to succeed.
