Robert Collin has taught, researched and published in law, social work and urban and environmental planning for over 40 years. He has also been appointed to advisory commissions by 3 state governors and 3 presidents, published many law reviews, and 9 volumes of encyclopedias, some with his wife Robin Morris Collin.
