your mind is a powerful tool

have you ever thought about something hard enough that it eventually consumed your entire life at one point? Same here. We don’t always give enough credit to our thoughts. A lot of what we think becomes our reality. You can either be a glass half full or a glass half empty type of person.


both positive and negative thoughts come and go, but it’s the ones that we let linger that essentially defined us. It’s easy to be positive during a season of positivity in our lives, but for those of us who are very situationally dependent, it may not last very long. Today I wanted to delve into the capabilities that our minds can offer if we just do a simple mindset shift.
