We like to fall into the trap that is our own very thoughts. We’ll subconsciously, inadvertently attach to whatever hurts us and whatever simultaneously feels comfortable, even if that is self pity, self sabotage, and depression.


Upon undergoing my independent self improvement journey, I’ve grown much more conscious and aware of these behaviors in not only myself, but other people as well.


In today's episode, I am offering my very unprofessional, novice advice, with some tactics that I have personally used to help me be more conscious and aware of what I am thinking, and how to put a stop to any bad thoughts before it leads to an endless cycle of chaos.
