The invitation for a subscription of 380,000,000 ordinary shares in One on One Educational Services Limited opened and closed on the same day, August 12, 2022. The company brought in $3B for its IPO. One on One's listing makes it the 100th active company to be listed on the JSE in its 53-year history.
It will also become the 46th company on the Junior Market, the fifth listing on the said market in 2022. To share more on this is the President & CEO of the company, Ricardo Allen.
