And the universe threw us a bone: a great class about Managing Anxiety ("Your Anxiety Tool Kit") in the Master Class series featuring Dr. Alexandra Solomon.The material presented from Dr. Solomon floored us (in a great way) and helped us reassess how we manage our own stress.

Highly recommend getting Master Class even if only for this class.
