On this episode we have a very very special guest joining us, Mr Tanno de Pender. Tanno is most well known as one of the countries best powerlifters, holding many national wins and also a prominent competitor on the international stage as well. He is also powerlifting coach, more specifically he ir Roy's coach. But he is not just a lifter. He is a man of many skills and talents. For example, he is a Strength and Conditioning coach for the National Olympic Sprint Track Cycling team as well as for the Track Cycling- and BMX Talent Development Programs. And there is more as well.
