
We've all experienced the inner meltdown where we might be having just a "very bad, no good day". Books have referred to this part of us as "The outer child" or the saboteur. Sometimes, it could be the inner child just asking for a moment of time to reflect and be still.
And there might be times when we can't sit down -- we have social activities or work to attend to. So how do we stay present with life when our insides are feeling in turmoil?
