Your strengths are your greatest asset.  Your values make you who you are.  Listen to this episode to learn more about your values and strengths to understand more about yourself to know where you're operating from. 

In this episode, I go into details about the Clifton Strengths Assessment and share about my top 5 strengths.  I've been doing my own work around strengths and values for myself to discover how I can best support clients.  A book was given to me, called, "Anchor to your Strengths" that inspired this episode.  You will learn about the power of our senses to help us anchor our strengths through sense of smell and touch to help us harness our strengths when we are feeling unmotivated or when we forget our strengths.
