Ep. 35 Sensing inward with trust and tapping

Think of your mind as an iceberg.  What is below the surface is everything in the subconscious or unconscious and everything we see above the surface is your conscious awareness.   The thing about the subconscious mind is that its large and vast. It houses our emotions, memories, and beliefs, including limiting beliefs.   When we don't look at the subconscious or unconscious area of our awareness then we don't know why we respond to the world the way that we do. Or we don't know why we act in certain ways or what part of us is responding.   

Are we responding from hurt? or compassion? Are we acting in defense because it's something we didn't know we believed about ourselves?  Are we reacting to a situation out of a wounding that occurred many years prior but has yet to be resolved? 

In this episode, I take you through a little experiential practice of noticing the body with tapping.   Also, I have a special offering of an email mini-series that you can purchase in the month of July for $35 in honor of this 35th episode and my 35th birthday this month!
