
If you're not familiar with Parts Work, you can go back to ep 18 where I talk about the book, "No Bad Parts". In this episode, I share a bit more about my work with the neglected or forgotten parts of us and how we can reclaim them to feel more whole. When we heal the parts of us, we are able to operate more from a place of authenticity.
The first step in all of this, of course, is self-awareness. How do we become self-aware and what is the importance of this? I'll go into more detail about this topic in the next episode.
For now, tune into this for a glimpse at healing parts of us that have been wounded throughout our life time based on circumstances and experiences.
