Expert trainer and Certified Interpreter Eliana Lobo discusses how to raise the bar for interpretation during the global pandemic.

Eliana is a CoreCHI™ Certified Healthcare Interpreter and a Washington state authorized Medical Interpreter. She’s also a certified Trainer of Trainers of medical interpreters.

Eliana holds two M.A.s from Brown University in Bilingual Education, and Portuguese & Brazilian Studies. She started out as a Spanish/Portuguese medical interpreter at Rhode Island Hospital in 1980.
