So the only way to combat these mental diseases is to nurture a healthier mental environment; feed it healthy and nutritious thoughts; guard it against any negativity that would seek to infest and infect you. If you control what goes in, then you know what to expect that comes out. Remember these wise words "Garbage in, garbage out" or "Positive in, Positive out."
