We talk about his transition from the operations side of the business to leading the marketing team at the front end of the business with a unique perspective he can bring to his new team. We talk about his different operational roles- from quality and molding to plating and head of materials. We talk about growing up in the Binghamton, NY area, doing well in math, and how a visit to a BAE factory started his fascination with manufacturing. We talk about starting a landscaping business in high school and DJing local events to pay for college before settling into work life after graduation.
