Lesley Patterson-Marx is a full-time artist and lifelong tarot enthusiast who, at just 14 years old, vowed to create her own deck. Decades later, she’s fulfilled that promise with the release of The Ephemeral Tarot. Lesley’s artistic practice delves deep into the connections between humanity and nature, uncovering order within chaos to reveal the hidden mysteries of everyday life.
With a Bachelor's and Master's in Fine Arts, Lesley has taught at institutions like Tennessee State University and Watkins College of Art, and her work has graced permanent collections and countless exhibitions. I had the pleasure of meeting Lesley at Art & Soul studio in Nashville, where her unique perspective on art helped me tap into my own creativity in a completely new way.
