Ep 12 - Callum Schofield - You have to do the best for you at the time

Callum Schofield spent the first 18 years of his life not speaking out, due to having a stammer.

While he would be vocal with his close friends and family, he avoided situations where he would need to communicate with others, hiding away in fear of rejection and people’s reactions. He was seen as a quiet, shy type and his self-esteem was greatly diminished.

At the age of 18 he decided to do something about it and started to learn practices that could help him speak more freely, and in having success here.  decided to build a platform where he could also assist others. He set up a podcast (The Schofield Stories), initially dedicated to hosting guests which also had stammers, and has developed it to cover people, who have the courage to share their story and struggle.

In this episode he speaks about his own story and struggle.
