After a decade in publishing, she faced deep postpartum distress, leading her to discover a newfound purpose in parenting. Through her studies with Dr. Shefali Tsabary, she became a certified Parenting Coach and a MA in Holistic Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies. Kavita shares her personal struggles with childhood trauma and abandonment, and her mission to support parents in raising whole and happy children, drawing from her own experiences and weekly columns in the Khaleej Times.
