The I in Interconnectedness is a guided meditation podcast where I share practices and the occasional philosophical talk about finding intimacy and presence in our lives.
The meditations blend the different traditions I've been practicing myself, stemming from somatic movement, Yoga Nidra, and mindfulness.
The talks will revolve around intimacy and interconnectivity, animism, therapy, and love - but will not shy away from their messiness. Critical questions around society, death, and trauma are crucial for dealing with relationships. More generally, I am here to talk about our relationship with ourselves, with the world in which we dwell, and with the beings with whom we dwell. And yes, relationships are messy.
