6 years ago I set out to run a couple laps at the local track. I barely survived 800m, but it woke something up in me. If you asked my old self whether I could run 10km, I would have laughed in your face. I have run over 15,000 km since that date, and more importantly I have met the most amazing and interesting people. This podcast is about them. Their stories, their dreams, triumphs, and hurdles that make us all human. Thank you for listening, and following.

Walter Downey, who was my guest on episode 3, is back! (go back and have a listen, if you haven't yet!). Walter is now 60 years old, and he just completed marathon #40 in Napa! Not only did he kill it, he's now officially the course record holder for 60+ division! We talk about his training leading up to Boston in a few weeks, and training and staying injury free. Another inspirational episode!
