Today's video, "It's not their job to understand me, it's mine," is something we all need reminding of sometimes.

We've all been there, right? Seeking that feeling of being understood, of feeling heard and seen. It's a basic human need.

We've all faced those moments when we're not feeling understood in our relationships, friendships, or even within our own families, and not sure what to do about it.

In this video I'm talking WITH you about the importance of validating yourself, recognizing that your feelings are inherently valid, whether they get it or not.

We're also discussing the cons of relying solely on external validation from other people, and the pros that come from standing strong in your self-worth and your identity.
