The Hundred tournament starts on 3 August 2022, and Trent Rockets will want to match last year's strong performance.  They have kept the core of their squad to do that, centred on the superstar that is Rashid Khan. Even when he is on Afghanistan duty, they will bring in the very experienced South Africa international Tabraiz Shamsi.  In the batting, they will hope domestic stars Tom Kohler-Cadmore and Alex Hales live up to their price tags.
