Welcome to The Humanization Hour, a space where we lean into real conversations about what it means to be human. In a world of judgment, performance, and perfection, this podcast is about empathy, humility, and connection. We’ll talk to people from all walks of life about their journeys, joys, struggles, and truths. This isn’t about interviews it’s about witnessing one another. My hope is that as we listen, we’ll start to find the ‘us’ in them. So whether you’re seeking healing, perspective, or just a reminder that you’re not alone thank you for being here! This is The Humanization Hour!

Episode 1: Introduction

Welcome to The Humanization Hour Podcast—where we seek to find common ground among all human beings, from every walk of life. Young or old, we believe there’s a thread of connection that unites us all. Even when we don’t always agree, humility and shared humanity are more important now than ever. In a world where people are often pedestalized and then torn down for simply being human, our mission is to honor each other’s paths—mistakes, triumphs, and everything in between. Together, we awaken to our purpose, our power, and the unique gifts each of us brings to this world. I honor you. I respect you. I love you. And I thank you for tuning in. May all beings everywhere find truth, love, and peace within. Namaste.

In this first episode, I will discuss the general idea and purpose of this podcast. Along the way I will share a brief introduction into who I am and my own life. As the podcast progresses, I am super excited to share more about myself and others. My hope's for this podcast, is that it will help shine a light into ourselves and others so that we may inspire each other to grow more into our truest most authentic expressions through our different arts and our way of being in the world. We all carry such profound gifts and sometimes it takes another perspective to help us realize how special and beautiful we each truly are. I love you so much, and if you're reading this thank you so much for being here and all your support. May we all share our highest expressions in the world, and that they may ripple infinitely into all realms spreading and planting seeds of loving consciousness and authenticity. One Love, Namaste.
